A Totalfit Project: Modern, Sustainable, and Innovative
The Totalfit project stands out with the construction of six prefabricated houses, built off-site in our workshops. Four houses were completed in 2019, while the last two were finalized at the end of 2023. Each 235 m² home offers a modern, spacious, and functional living space.
Among the remarkable features, the joint-free brick veneer façade provides a contemporary appearance while enhancing the thermal and acoustic performance of the buildings, ensuring optimal comfort. The structural design maximized interior space while ensuring robustness and durability.
Technical note: Each house features a 7.5-meter free span roof, with no use of HRS beams. This solution provides great flexibility in layout while maintaining the stability and safety of the buildings.
Acoustic Performance and Living Comfort for the 6 Prefabricated Houses
The comfort of the residents was at the heart of the project. Thanks to optimized sound insulation, the homes provide excellent acoustic performance, ensuring peace and quality sleep with an index of +0. This essential feature for well-being was carefully integrated from the design stage.
Moreover, each house fully complies with fire safety regulations. A specific separation wall ensures the safety of the occupants while enhancing the durability of the buildings.

The project was carried out in close collaboration with Hepimmo, the end client, under the full management of BuildUp as the main contractor. Thanks to our expertise in modular construction and the use of BIM, we ensured smooth project management, meeting both deadlines and quality standards.
